Freitag, 22.09.2023 - abends ab 17:30 Uhr

Ab 17:15 Uhr werde ich im Außenbereich entsprechend meiner ANMELDELISTE die Eintreffenden zu den möglichen Tischen "zuordnen". Wir haben 1 x 6er, 3 x 2er und 18 x 4er Tische zur Verfügung. Also 84 Plätze. 
Ab 17:30 Uhr öffnet das CASAGRANDE und wir können bis 21:00 Uhr den Begrüßungsabend mit Getränken, Essen und vielen guten Gesprächen gestalten. 
CASAGRANDE am Werderhof: Siehe Markierung auf dem Foto - Werderstraße 74c. 
Erfahrungsaustausch (ohne Kostüm) der Kostümträger & Fotografen mit italienischen Speisen & Getränken.

From 17:15 I will "assign" those arriving to the possible tables in the outdoor area according to my REGISTRATION LIST. We have 1 x tables of 6, 3 x tables of 2 and 18 x tables of 4 available. So 84 seats. 
From 17:30 the CASAGRANDE opens and we can have a welcome evening with drinks, food and lots of good conversation until 21:00.
